Square Plate with Brushwork #373

Stoneware high-fired for durability and depth in the glaze. Each plate is individually handmade and decorated. My hope for these pieces is for them to complement the food served in them and look good when they are empty.

This plate is about 8 1/2″wide by 1″ deep. It is dishwasher safe, food safe, lead free. I’ve been using these in the microwave for years with no problems. Avoid putting cold ceramics into hot ovens; warming the pot and the oven together works fine.
