  Old guys hugging.

Sometimes it’s 10PM and I am SO done for the day when I realize I have not made a Daily Drawing. But I am committed, right?, so I take a quick tour through my iTouch photos and see what might be a quick subject.  Last night it was  this image of Steve Mickey and Dennis hugging and mugging the camera at a Eutectic Gallery opening last week.

The drawing is on a 6X6″ white page. The initial sketch was done with a light marker pen, then overdrawn with a black marker.  The purple just has to do with the light for the hasty photo.  It was a fun, quick sketch…and then I went to bed… with visions of hugging in my head.
